Proficient in warehouse management.
Experience in contact and return visits.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit audit outlets and engage with users to gather accurate information about maintenance needs.
Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
Identify, document, and report any defects or quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality problems.
Ensure all tools and inspection equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
Follow safety and quality assurance protocols during inspection processes.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs.
Inspecting the appearance of finished products for defects like scratches, dents, or discoloration.
Conduct random sampling and testing to verify consistency in product quality and detect any variations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the production, warehouse, and engineering teams to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
