• Good knowledge of inspection tools and basic quality standards.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).

• Proficient in warehouse management.

• Experience in contact and return visits.

• Visit audit outlets and engage with users to gather accurate information about maintenance needs.

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Identify, document, and report any defects or quality issues.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality problems.

• Ensure all tools and inspection equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.

• Follow safety and quality assurance protocols during inspection processes.

• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs.

• Inspecting the appearance of finished products for defects like scratches, dents, or discoloration.

• Conduct random sampling and testing to verify consistency in product quality and detect any variations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the production, warehouse, and engineering teams to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
