Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having the ability to work in multi cultural environment and having the capacity to handle and lead the QC team and also ability to perform/conduct in-Line and Final Inspection according to company quality control requirement.
∎ Having knowledge to handle cut to sew knits quality and technical issue. Also, having the ability to prevent any potential quality issues.
∎ Having a good working cooperation with team, coordinate and communicate with all concern and having an open mind to discuss to the team any preventive measure for any potential problems, finding solution, effective methods to avoid the same mistakes.
∎ To ensure the production quality is according to standard. Working and supervising the QC team during in-line and final inspection.
∎ Provide training for the newly hired QC. Refreshing the work and quality procedures every season to all QC's.
∎ Responsible to solve each and every quality issues being encountered each day.
∎ With the knowledge CM. Communicate efficiently, with clarity to all quality issues and never compromising the quality.
∎ Responsible to check and analyze the QC weekly schedule to ensure.
∎ Coordinate with the factories for production plan and WIP, reviewing the status to ensure that products are being shipped in time.
∎ Responsible to handle the testing requirement of the head office, test methods and parameters.
∎ To manage the quality standards to fulfill the customer requirements..
∎ Responsible for each floor (cut to Shipment).
∎ Monitoring and ensuring the quality on productivity, adherence to health and safety considerations during all the process.
∎ Ensuring and fixing the appropriate quality system for the development.
∎ To develop and implement the new quality method.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 10 year's Experience in similar role and having knowledge of Quality/ Technical Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Technical and AQL standards.
