∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ responsible to assigned the duties and responsibilities of all Supervisor, Inspector on your assigned sewing area.
∎ have to ensure that all inspector maintain Sewing quality SOP and to ensure on time delivery.
∎ have to Review audit findings daily and find remedial actions and ensure shipments are within agreed quality parameters of the customer;
∎ have to monitor and control every procedure in quality flow chart directly or indirectly to ensure 100% defects free products to the customers in every single garment unit of the order.
∎ have to take initiative to recovery daily issues occurring at the factories and to find quick solutions after consulting with your superior.
∎ have to provide required training to your subordinate to update / enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities
∎ have to maintain all sewing quality related documents.
