∎ Minimum Graduation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of Apparel manufacturing and quality audits and controls
∎ Experience of conducting in line and final audits
∎ Knowledge of sampling and developments procedures and monitoring whole process.
∎ Attending Pre-Production meetings with Supplier/Factory.
∎ Making sure all quality requirements are being followed in production.
∎ Must have in depth knowledge of total quality department.
∎ As a Quality Controller you will be responsible for ensuring and managing the quality of all garments processing through our manufacturing facility to ensure they are fit for export and of international quality.
∎ You will be expected to work both individually and also as part of a team, ensuring that your team adhere to our strict quality control guidelines.
∎ You will be expected to be capable of handling tight time pressures without compromising your work or that of your team members.
∎ Quality Control Management (Cutting, sewing & finishing).
∎ Have to prepare Inspection Reports.
∎ Monitoring of Input and Output.
∎ Fabric Quality Inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments
∎ Minimum 3-4 Years in Factory Experience.
∎ Should have in depth knowledge in Woven workwear garment.
