Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline but Textile background will get first priority.
∎ They are typically required to possess a bachelor's degree and sometimes prior experience in manufacturing or production.
Job Context:
∎ Abaya and Gown is an online page. It has three outlets, two in Dhaka and other in Chittagong. Employers are needed in office. Only female employees work there. Each employee will get a single desk. They have to maintain the client relationships and office management.
∎ Job location: Panthopoth, Beside Square Hospital, Near Dhanmondi 32, Dhaka.
∎ No lunch and transportation facilities.
∎ Six working days and one weekend (Friday)
∎ Office hour 9 hrs ( 9am- 6pm).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility of quality controller is to ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
∎ Checking cutting, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and report to the management.
∎ Highlight quality report to vendor management and his own top management about any types of quality issue.
∎ Maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers can apply but Previous experience in related sector may get first priority.
∎ Has to know how to talk politely with customers over phone.
∎ Very well behaved.
∎ Has to work as a team and ready to work under pressure
∎ Has the mentality to do other works If needed besides her required works.
