We are looking for a passionate and driven sales girl to join our team and help us provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the clothing showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellent customer service.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure customers receive personalized styling assistance and an exceptional shopping experience.
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost in-store sales and increase customer footfall.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain an attractive and organized showroom layout, ensuring all displays align with brand guidelines.
- Regularly update displays to showcase new arrivals and best-sellers.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, footfall, and key metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement improvements where needed.
