• At least 3-5 years` experience in this position.

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Garments, Textile. Dyeing Factory

• Must be an expert on knit and woven.

• Fluent in speaking and writing English.

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Knit & Woven, fabric inspection, pattern amendments, Quality Control/Audit, basics on printing,

• Work closely with factory key personnel on sampling and sewing areas to ensure delivery dates.

• Conduct daily in-line, pre-final inspections, measurement checks, random test as per Blue Dream SOPs for all the styles.

• Raise flags on any information gap from Blue Dream HQ, unethical behavior, or encouragement from anyone in the team or factory to mishandle or bypass SOP or ship rejected or inferior quality shipments and report to respective Merchandiser.

• Check print panel for quality and placement and cutting quality (marker, relaxing, shade)

• Verify fabric quality, color, tests requirements, print, wash (embellishment) quality and placement as per tech pack and customer comments and maintain required quality levels in bulk production.

• Check size set and provide necessary comments, pattern amendments, and proceed to Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) after size set approval.

• Should have excellent understanding of technical/production process.

• Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.

• Strong presentation and delivery skills.

• Ensure production and samples follow up with factories and related procedures.

• Visit factories regularly to get market intelligence.

• Work closely with the fabric mills and suppliers ahead of design packs to develop new fabrics and finishes to reduce lead time.
