∎ Minimum Graduate from any University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Merchandiser will be mainly responsible for: Daily Production/Quality follow-up in factories
∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the sampling in every step.
∎ Random Inline & Final inspection
∎ preparing detailed inspection's report
∎ giving instruction to supplier to improve/reach required quality level
∎ training and updating suppliers with LPP standards
∎ controlling and updating production status of running orders
∎ Daily production follow-up
∎ Weekly shipment follow-up
∎ Sample, accessories approval status
∎ Production difficulties
∎ Fill up follow-up chart and update to Poland office Buyers
∎ Check production planning and line allocation
∎ Shipping sample follow-up
∎ Check all the samples before send to LO
∎ Sample/approval/submission follow-up and update to buyers
∎ others job assigned by manager and Polish buyers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: At least 5-7years in Quality & Merchandising.
∎ General Requirement:
∎ Candidates having professional degree in Apparel Merchandising would be given preference
∎ The applicants must have at least 5-7 years' experience in garment quality and Merchandising.
∎ Have knowledge about Inline and final inspection.
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and renowned customers
∎ Have depth knowledge over knitting, dying, washing, sewing & finishing process of Knit Garments.
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions
∎ Proficient in both written and spoken English
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication skill with MS office operation.
∎ Experienced in LAB Testing & Relevant Field
∎ Should have basic commercial knowledge.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Should have strong knowledge about (Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print/Embroidery)
Salary: Negotiable
