∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing administrative tasks required for smooth operation of the Liaison Office in Bangladesh;
∎ Employing people to Liaison Office on terms and conditions agreed with LPP
∎ Building strong suppliers' network in line with the Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh guidelines;
∎ Ensuring effective communication and cooperation between entities
∎ Controlling all Liaison office departments on a daily basis;
∎ Participating in quality controlling area;
∎ Reporting on a regular basis to the headquarter in Poland;
∎ Creating business reports, collecting statistics;
∎ Ensuring that paperwork is properly completed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years' experience in textile and apparel sourcing with minimum 5+ years at similar supervisory level.
∎ Strong leadership attributes with extensive experience in global sourcing
∎ Excellent business acumen
∎ Ability to create and manage economies of scale
∎ Strong vision on product profitability and executable life cycle
∎ Strong garment engineering knowledge, preferably with product knowledge and development skills
∎ Knowledge of industrial manufacturing techniques and practices
∎ Manage vendor relationships with tight deadlines & challenging environments
∎ Excellent communications skills, fluency in spoken/written English
∎ Lead special projects as and when required.
∎ Manage multiple direct reports and ensure quarterly and annual spend meets budget expectations for the managed brands/SBUs
∎ Develops continuous improvement solutions and manages resources & implementations on-time and within budget parameters.
