Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure quality of Lingerie garments products in every steps of production from cutting to packing.
∎ Ensure pre-final, In-line & End-line inspection as per correct AQL and sample level for quality of the product as per quality standard.
∎ Review size set, discuss critical points and special attention need areas during line feeding with the team.
∎ Able to find out all types of faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized.
∎ Making effective plan for quality assurance of the factory to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.
∎ To develop and implement the new quality methodologies
∎ Assuring the Quality of Lingerie Item from Cutting input till finished Products.
∎ Getting successful inspection done at various stages of Production & ensure timely shipment
∎ Supervising and Guiding Quality Team to achieve Quality Targets.
∎ Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement of the particular buyers and train them to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GPQ, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection with the undergarments.
∎ Must possess thorough knowledge of the entire process in knit garments (Lingerie unit) of Quality Control of Fabric/ wash/print/embo / Finished Products.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Knit Factory (Lingerie unit).
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English along with presentation skills.
∎ Should be proactive, sincere, dynamic & result oriented.
