Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to do final inspection for both sweater, knit (T) & Woven item.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Control and ensure the quality of each production process as per customers' preconditions.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ Analyze data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time. Quality of sample according to buyer requirements and on-time delivery.
∎ Solving the day to day quality issues and continuing the quality process to meet customer quality to quantity.
∎ Knowledge of fabric inspection wash & non-wash process and procedure and pattern knowledge and measurement and adjustment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Fluent on English speaking-writing, Buyer Handling.
Salary: Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
