• Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the processing and finishing of product quality as per requirement.

• Conduct full inspection of every consignment by assuring color bleeding test, styling, measurement and all other quality aspects as per the approved sample.

• Conduct inspection of raw materials and accessories as per the required standard.

• Identify and focus on finding defects and take initiatives to solve the just-in-time (JIT) problems.

• Oversee and implement comprehensive quality control measures at all inspection stages, including inline, pre-final, and final.

• Visit the vendor factories on a frequent basis whenever required.Conduct root-cause analysis and take preventive action to reduce garments fault/defect and perform customer feedback analysis.

• Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation along with preparing reports and presentation. 

• Collaborate with production partners to identify and implement quality enhancements.

• Arrange and moderate meetings and any others assignment given by the management according to the needs and guidelines.
