Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop broad understanding of the business in order to drive effective behaviors for all the different lines of stakeholders within and outside the company.
∎ • Build cross-company partnerships, work closely with business partners and internal teams to identify and execute long term innovation for our customers.
∎ • Develop, deploy and monitor operations key performance indicators required for our business to deliver on customer needs and to deliver against internal team targets.
∎ • Work cross-functionally to develop standard operating procedures, train, and keep all up to speed on process and product changes.
∎ • Measure business partners’ and their fleets’ quality and behavior. Drive evaluation and education programs. Set goals, define matrices and execute to plan.
∎ • Strictly track business partners on their quality matrices, performance and safety concerns.
∎ • Administer performance management program of our business partners.
∎ • Ensure that shipment/trip are executed according to customer specifications.
∎ • Ensure predefined service levels are met with high-quality service.
∎ • Optimize processes in order to increase efficiency and automate much of the daily operations.
∎ • Research to provide regulatory and process guidance on existing and new geographic/regional and business horizons.
∎ • Work with product and development / IT / engineering team to make improvements that increase efficiency and help serve customers better.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years

∎ • Direct or indirect working experience in Corporate / Enterpriseentities belonging to building material, fast-moving consumer goods, feed industryetc. is a plus.
∎ • Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
∎ • Strong knowledge of calibration, excellent analytical skills and multi-tasking ability with keen attention to details.
∎ • High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
∎ • Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.

∎ • Tech-savvy with a knack for process improvement.
∎ • Willing to dive in and do what's needed, regardless of whether it's in the job description or not.

∎ • Good written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.Active listening skill.
