Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
A master’s degree will be an advantage.
Sound understanding of airline sales operations and travel trade practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under sales pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) will be an advantage.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
Promote and sell airline passenger products through travel agents, corporate clients, and distribution partners
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Identify and develop new agency and corporate accounts
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
Maintain effective relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key trade partners
Conduct regular sales calls, market visits, and trade meetings
Support trade promotions, incentive programs, and commercial initiatives
Address trade-related queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
Coordinate with reservations, ticketing, finance, and marketing teams
Ensure compliance with company policies, airline commercial guidelines, and sales procedures
Assist management in executing sales strategies and business plans
