Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc. (Hon’s) in Chemistry/ Applied chemistry from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Production, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to analyze the different parameter of raw sugar, finished sugar, Intermediate products of process, Boiler water, DM water, ETP water etc. Record keeping in register/logbook and time to time inform to process people
∎ Responsible to operate sophisticated instrument in the laboratory.
∎ To prepare the different reagent in lab for required analysis.
∎ To look after laboratory equipments and apparatus that all are properly calibrated, maintained and utilized for smooth running.
∎ To check and ensure the quality of clarified water, DM water and ETP water during operation in shift and maintain it’s record in register/logbook.
∎ To check and ensure the quality of raw sugar, finished sugar, raw materials and chemicals used in process as per standard. Record keeping and reporting to Head of Department.
∎ All QC related works to be monitored as per ISO-9001:2008 and ISO- 22000:2005, FSSC- 22000 standard. SOP of QC & production process to be prepared as per this standard also.
∎ To be followed GLP & GHP rules.
∎ To guide and execute the works of lab personnel.
∎ To assist the Departmental Head in any matter related with quality & production process and carry out any assignment given by the Senior Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Two years working experience in any QC lab (Sugar Mills working experience will be preferred).
