Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture from any Govt. institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare seed production plan for field supervisor
∎ Take necessary steps with Field Supervisor for producing quality seed.
∎ Organize training program for field staffs on technical aspects of seed production
∎ Follow or maintain standard rules and policies for the preservation of different types of seeds.
∎ Ensure required preparation for suitable cold storage selection for smooth storage of the procured seed potato.
∎ Take necessary steps for determining moisture content, germination test and lot arrangement of the seed.
∎ Ensure record keeping of temperature, relative humidity and other quality seed preservation or store management parameter as per standard operating procedure.
∎ Ensure the process of seed potato shedding, sorting, grading, pre-cooling, loading & unloading, preservation, bag rotation (de-lotting), pre-heating, temporary shade making, packaging and distributing to the customer aligns with the standard quality parameters.
∎ Take necessary arrangement for dispatch the products in time by consulting with distribution department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, seed quality control.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, excel, Power point).
∎ Very good communication skill
∎ Able to work variable work hours as needed.
∎ Experience in seed quality control in similar industry will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
