∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MS) in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist yearly plan and budget of F1/OP rice, potato, F1/OP vegetable seed production.
∎ To assess the area of seed production based on feasibility (land and climatic situation) and socio-economic condition.
∎ To make the agreement with the farmers/stakeholders before the respective season started and distribute the individual target.
∎ To monitor and supervise of the farmers seed production plot and ensure technical support.
∎ To conduct frequent meeting with the farmers and stakeholders.
∎ To arrange the post-harvest processing of the collected seeds.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Vegetable Seed Production, Rice Seed Production, Seed Potato Production
∎ Should have good communication skills in Bangla & English with computer compose
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, excel, Power point)
∎ Maintain the confidentiality of information
∎ Working ability as a team member

Salary: Negotiable
