Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture preferred
∎ BA/BSc/MSc
∎ BBA/ MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create strong dealer, retailer network for successful seed business
∎ To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales & collection target by quantity and values
∎ To maintain distribution channel, customer accounts, stocks & sales order processing
∎ To arrange different promotional program to generate different seeds product demand at end user level
∎ To monitor and supervision of different trial and demonstration plots, time to time data collection, records keeping and submission to company's Headquarter
∎ To maintain strong relationship along with the GO's and NGO's
∎ To conduct frequent meeting with farmers and dealers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Driving motorcycle with valid driving license will be an advantage.
∎ Should have good communication skills in Bangla & English with computer compose
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, excel, Power point)
∎ Maintain the confidentiality of information
∎ Working ability as a team member

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
