Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Agriculture, MS in Agriculture
∎ BSc. in Agriculture & MBA in Marketing from any reputed university will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of short, mid and annual sales budget and forecast of assigned territory to achieve the business goals.
∎ Monitor and organize the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales.
∎ Plan and develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential, and supervise to implement sales operation to ensure suitable business growth in turnover.
∎ To manage sales including inter territory sales target, formulating incentive for the field force, expense monitoring, setting tour program and submit it to head office. Formulating agenda of monthly sales and evaluation of field forces performance.
∎ To prepare short, mid and annual recovery plan and forecast of assigned territory to achieve the business goals.
∎ Plan and develop strategic recovery plan along to exploit potential, and supervise to implement recovery operation to ensure suitable business growth in turnover.
∎ To ensure effective and efficient credit management policy to get the maximum output of the business.
∎ To prepare promotional plans, supervision of implementation and success of promotional activities by the Territory Officers in their assigned territory.
∎
∎ To visit the key personnel of DAE and other organization to develop relationship with them and exchange ideas to earn feedback.
∎
∎ Training of the sales team on their assigned jobs and "time & territory management" and execute any other work assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, excel, Power point).
∎ Maintain the confidentiality of information.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart

Salary:
∎ Regular remuneration, Festival Bonus, Performance Bonus, Yearly increment, Contributory Provident Fund, Employee Welfare Fund and others.
