Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree from a reputed Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in-process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ To ensure quality of knit garment products (of a specific garments Unit consisting 400 Machines) in every steps of production from cutting to packing and shipment.
∎ To find out faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ Plans to promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to the management to get action.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & Merchandiser teams to get the corrective actions.
∎ Any other assignment is given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control Department with at least 2 years of experience in leadership position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
∎ Competent in garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.
∎ Have adequate and detail knowledge of various kinds Quality Tools.
∎ Having conceptual knowledge on Total Quality Management (TQM) will be added advantage.
∎ Candidate should be good in Buyer QC dealing, Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure, good time management, good inter personal relationship
Salary: Negotiable
