Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s degree in Engineering / Management will be an added advantage.
Training or certification in Industrial Engineering, LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Work Study will be preferred.
Chattogram based candidates with hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.
Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.
Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.
Solid team collaboration and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of garment production processes and workflow.

Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering department across factories and production units.
Develop and implement IE strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
Ensure accurate SMV calculation, work study, method study, and time-motion analysis.
Oversee line balancing, manpower planning, and layout optimization.
Monitor production efficiency, output, and utilization against targets.
Support production planning through capacity analysis and bottleneck identification.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN, Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Merchandising teams to achieve delivery targets.
Ensure IE data accuracy, reporting, and MIS for management decision-making.
Lead training and development of IE team on best practices and new methodologies.
Support new style introduction, pilot runs, and bulk production feasibility.
Participate in cost analysis, pricing support, and process standardization.
Support buyer audits, benchmarking, and productivity-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and ergonomic standards.
