Experience:

• 10 to 15 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• 10 to 15 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Ensure full understanding and implementation of: PVH standards (for Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein) GAP Inc. technical manuals and quality requirements.

• Ensure adherence to PVH Corp. compliance requirements Gap Inc. vendor compliance standards.

• Interpret tech packs, construction standards, and grading rules precisely. 

• Maintain strong communication with brand technical teams.

• Lead proto, SMS, and pre-production sample development.

• Provide proactive feedback to buyers to improve garment performance.

• Lead and manage fit sessions (physical or virtual).

• Ensure alignment with Brand-specific fit blocks (especially critical for CK & TH).

• Evaluate fabric performance (shrinkage, skewing, colorfastness).

• Approve PP samples ensuring all technical points are closed.

• AQL standards Brand RSL (Restricted Substances List) Testing protocols (lab + inline).

• Analyze defects and implement CAP and  focus on “Right First Time” approach.

• Work closely with Merchandising, Production, QA/QC & IE.

Handle buyer technical audits and visits confidently.
