Responsibilities & Context:
Motion study, Method study to improve line efficiency.
Implement lean manufacturing tools (6S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.)
Conduct & Follow-up lean project for increasing efficiency.
Work place engineering, eliminate wastage of time and materials.
Analyze garments construction, operation breakdown and SMV calculation using GSD or other methods.
Line feeding as per OB with right manpower and attachment & find out bottleneck area and solve problem.
Setting up line target and help to achieve.
Line balancing and increase line efficiency.
Analyze non-productive time (NPT) & save time to the operation and achieve maximum output.
Follow up Man Machine Ratio & optimization of waste.
Manpower recruits based on upcoming style.
Update skill matrix for each operator per month.
Conduct skill development training for supervisors & mid-level management on basic IE tools and technique.
Coordinate with Production, Planning and Quality departments for smooth operation.
