Advanced Excel capability is mandatory (formulas, pivots, handling large datasets with accuracy).

Strong experience in management reporting / MIS / business analytics.

High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly.

Ability to interpret data and communicate clear, concise insights.

Prior experience in the apparel / sourcing / retail industry preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently

Own and deliver accurate, timely, and structured management reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).

Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers covering orders, sales, margin, costing, and delivery status

Analyse performance and clearly highlight trends, risks, gaps, and areas of concern

Support the business with crisp, data-led insights and business summaries.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple teams and reports.

Track KPIs and provide clear visibility on performance vs plan.

Present information in a simple, structured, and decision-ready format.
