• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Manage the complete order cycle from product development to final shipment.

• Communicate with buyers regarding sampling, approvals, costing, production status, and shipment schedules.

• Analyze costing, consumption, and margins to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining targeted profitability.

• Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, printing, production, quality, and commercial teams for smooth workflow.

• Monitor production progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

• Guide and mentor junior merchandisers to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

• Support management in new product development, capacity planning, and expanding buyer portfolio.
