Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect and verify returned faulty materials received from service centers and service points.
· Cross-check that the mentioned fault reason matches the actual physical and technical condition of the returned materials.
· Record all inspection findings with detailed documentation in the warehouse quality system.
· Report any discrepancies or irregularities in repair parts usage, fault description, or service reporting.
· Support warehouse and technical audit teams in validating defective part returns and service efficiency.
· Maintain clear traceability of all inspected items and ensure proper labeling and storage of dismantled parts.
· Dismantle returned devices and components to confirm whether material consumption and part usage were accurate during the repair process.
· Ensure the dismantled materials are processed as non-reusable following company disposal or recycling standards.
· Assist management in preparing weekly and monthly quality control reports based on inspection results.
· Maintain 6S standards, safety, and cleanliness within the warehouse area.
· Perform any other quality or audit-related tasks assigned by management.
