∎ Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) for report generation.
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform daily quality inspections at various stages of sweater production: knitting, linking, trimming, washing, and finishing.
∎ Conduct in-line and end-line audits to check workmanship, measurements, labeling, and overall appearance.
∎ Carry out final random inspections (FRI) before shipment and prepare detailed inspection reports.
∎ Identify and report quality issues or defects and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
∎ Verify that production follows approved samples, tech packs, and buyer specifications.
∎ Monitor processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards during inspections.
∎ Collaborate with production, knitting, and finishing departments to prevent recurring defects.
∎ Maintain detailed inspection documentation, including audit checklists, reports, and feedback records.
∎ Participate in pre-production meetings (PPM) to understand product requirements and critical quality points.
∎ Follow safety, compliance, and factory regulations at all times.
