Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables
∎ Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels for CSR (corporate social responsibility), environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
∎ Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
∎ Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation
∎ Monitor risk-management procedures, and use problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development teams
∎ Provide training and support to quality assurance team members, focusing on systems, policies, procedures, and core processesObjectives of this role
∎ Interpret, build upon, and comply with the company's quality assurance standards
∎ Maintain the complaint, nonconformity, and corrective action procedure using records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis
∎ Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
∎ Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for all service lines
∎ Identify training needs and ensure company wide participation
∎ Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent skills in analyzing and solving complex, multi-step problems.
∎ Possess an investigative attitude while testing the product.
∎ Should be proactive in attitude with a positive mindset.
∎ Setting up test environments, crafting test plans, developing and executing test cases/scenarios/use cases.
∎ Ability to visualize real-time business situations and scenarios.
∎ Keen to learn new tools and technologies then implement them in daily activities.
∎ Knowledge on Programming languages (PHP, Laravel, Python, Django, ReactJS etc.).
∎ Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, TestNG, AutoIT, etc.
∎ Experience with any relational database like MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL etc. is required.
∎ Developed and maintained automated CI/CD pipelines for code development and build.
∎ Develop test plans for each product release and define test cases to support the test plan.
∎ Work with developers to provide additional research and debugging and resolving issues
∎ Must be familiar working with Jira, Trello, Asana etc.
∎ A strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
∎ Ability to plan tasks and manage time effectively.
∎ Automates test coverage per platform capabilities and requirements. Establishes and maintains continuous build and integration testing on applicable platforms and assists with manual system and integration testing efforts.
∎ Operates in both waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
∎ Identify risks, track, investigate and resolve any issues.
∎ Check/Review the test cases & maintain traceability with requirements.
∎ Log the outcome of test execution and report defects against specific versions.
∎ Repeat test activities for each bug (Regression & Confirmation/retesting testing).
∎ Other responsibilities as per needs of the organisation.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
