As a Full Stack Software Engineer, You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, utilising your expertise in Python, React, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and efficient code, and staying current with industry trends.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the global team, producing project work plans and analysing the efficiency and feasibility of project operations while leveraging the global technology stack and making localised improvements
∎ Design and develop scalable and efficient backend solutions using Python and relevant frameworks like Django or Flask.
∎ Write clean, reusable, testable, secured, and efficient TypeScript and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security.
∎ Continuously enhance software architecture and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
∎ Strong understanding of Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work within the Deadline.
∎ Thorough understanding of relational databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
∎ Familiar with Git, Jira, Trello, Asana and other project management standards.
∎ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience working with Gitlab, GitHub.
∎ Solid understanding of API design and development, including RESTful APIs.
∎ Knowledge of software testing principles and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium).
∎ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g. Docker) is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum etc..
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ A passion for continuous learning, staying updated with emerging technologies, and contributing to a culture of innovation.
∎ Excellent at presentation & communication.
∎ Fluency in writing and speaking in English is preferred..
