∎ Minimum 6 months of industry experience Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
∎ Experience with MySQL database design and management
∎ Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
∎ Good understanding of security practices and experience with security measures such as encryption, authentication, and authorization.
∎ Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
∎ Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js is a plus.
∎ Experience with server administration and deployment is a plus.
∎ Must possess a can-do attitude.
∎ Skilled in MS Office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment ability. Fluent in English communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop scalable web applications using the Laravel framework.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code.
∎ Create and maintain responsive websites using modern front-end technologies
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for websites and web applications.
∎ Integrate multimedia elements and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
∎ Ensure websites are optimized for search engines and performance Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against hacking and other cyber-attacks.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug website issues Participate in code reviews and maintain version control using Git.
∎ Provide technical support when needed Mentor junior developers and designers, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
∎ Keep project timelines, budgets, and goals on track and communicate progress to stakeholders.
∎ Continuously evaluate website performance and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
∎ Participate in project meetings, presentations, and demos as required. Any other related task assigned by the management.
