Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to target the Home and SME customer segments.
∎ Define the product and pricing strategy to increase market share and revenue growth.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and preferences to guide product development and marketing efforts.
∎ Analyze sales and market data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
∎ Manage the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve sales and revenue goals.
∎ Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to the executive management team to provide insights and recommendations for future growth.
