Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to target the Home and SME customer segments.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
∎ Analyze sales and market data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
∎ Manage the marketing team, billing team and set targets, and monitor performance to achieve sales and revenue goals.
∎ Prepare and present marketing reports to the executive management team to provide insights and recommendations for future growth.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
∎ Manage the technical team and organize their work and try to build a standard technical team.
∎ In this role, you will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, define technical support models, and lead initiatives to increase revenue. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with key customers, analyzing market trends, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also plan promotional campaigns, monitor team performance, and present insights to senior management.
