The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitor and manage daily ISP network operations to ensure maximum uptime, stability, and uninterrupted internet services.

• Supervise NOC operations, technical support teams, field technicians, and daily troubleshooting activities.

• Monitor and troubleshoot OLT, ONU/ONT, MikroTik routers, switches, fiber-optic networks, and other networking equipment.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, bandwidth problems, latency, and packet loss.

• Manage network configurations, routing, VLANs, PPPoE, bandwidth management, and network security.

• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, device health, and service quality using appropriate monitoring tools.

• Coordinate with upstream providers, vendors, and technical teams to resolve critical network issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate network topology, fiber routes, OLT/PON details, IP allocations, equipment records, and technical documentation.

• Supervise new connections, network expansions, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades.

• Assign, monitor, and verify technical support tasks to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

• Maintain incident reports, troubleshooting records, network maintenance logs, and daily operational reports.

• Ensure proper utilization, tracking, and accountability of networking equipment and technical resources.

• Implement preventive maintenance, network security measures, backup procedures, and disaster recovery practices.

• Evaluate technical team performance, provide necessary guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Submit daily operational updates and periodic network performance reports to management.

• Take responsibility for overall NOC performance, technical service quality, and operational accountability.

The candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage critical network operations independently and efficiently.
