• Must be self-motivated and result-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Valid driving license or willingness to travel extensively in the field.

Superior Ready Mix Concrete Ltd. is a leading Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturing Company under SS Group with modern production facilities in Chattogram is looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented individuals to join its Sales & Marketing team.

•Client Acquisition: Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.

•Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and payment collection targets.

•Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, structural engineers, architects, and project managers.

•Site Visits & Inquiries: Conduct regular field visits, follow up on leads, and prepare product-related quotations, proposals, and offer letters.

•Sales Documentation: Draft sales agreements, collect necessary client documents for order booking, and prepare quotations, daily activity reports, and delivery invoices.

•Coordination: Coordinate closely with the plant production, quality control, and logistics/transit teams to ensure timely on-site delivery.

•Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand to pitch effective marketing strategies.

•Collection Recovery: Ensure regular follow-ups for smooth invoice settlement and payment recovery from clients.
