🥙 WE'RE HIRING – MIDDLE EASTERN CUISINE SPECIALIST

Position: Doner Kebab, Shawarma & Taco Chef / Product Development Specialist

📍 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

We are looking for an experienced chef to develop a premium Middle Eastern-inspired fast-food concept, specializing in Dubai-style Doner Kebabs, Arabic Shawarma, and Fusion Tacos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop authentic Middle Eastern-style beef and chicken doner/shawarma recipes

• Create signature marinades, garlic sauces, tahini sauces, and spicy sauces

• Develop unique Middle Eastern-inspired taco recipes

• Standardize recipes for commercial production

• Assist with kitchen equipment selection and setup

• Train kitchen staff to maintain consistent taste and quality

Requirements:

• Professional experience in Middle Eastern, Arabic, Lebanese, or Turkish cuisine

• Previous experience working in UAE/GCC restaurants strongly preferred

• Expertise in commercial shawarma/doner preparation

• Ability to develop recipes independently

Compensation: Attractive and negotiable based on experience.
