Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a relevant discipline.
Professional training or certification in graphic design will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other relevant creative software.
Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
Practical experience in digital marketing creatives and print production.
Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and AI-based design tools will be an advantage.
A strong creative portfolio demonstrating branding and marketing design capabilities.
Good communication, teamwork, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Panna Battery Limited.
1. Understanding requirements and project objectives.
2. I create a variety of projects including social media, websites, books, magazines, flyers, brochures, festoons, and product packaging.
3. I Create designs Develop layouts, illustrations, logos, and other graphics.
4. Developing graphics, layouts, brand logo and illustrations for marketing materials and
advertisements.
5. Promotional Gift Item Design like keyring, T-shirt, Polo shirt, gift box & gift card etc.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand
guidelines.
7. Create creative designs for event programs. For example- sales conferences, dealer conferences, dealer meetups and product launching etc.
8. Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality
standards.
9. Implementing feedback and revisions to refine and enhance graphics for maximum impact.
10. Ensuring that all designs content align with the brand`s visual identity
and marketing objectives.
11. Depot wise dealer showroom branding design
12. Choose the right colors and layouts for each design.
13. Check how graphics look in different media.
14. Change the designs based on feedback.
15. Make sure the final graphics and layouts look good and match the brand.
