Responsibilities & Context
To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all knitting, Dyeing & All Over Printing machineries.
To ensure schedule & preventive maintenance of all equipment and machineries.
To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Knitting, Dyeing, Printing & Dyeing Finishing Machine, Generator, compressor and Boiler.
To prepare update list of required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
To ensure the smooth function of utility services.
To ensure emergency repairing & maintenance works and diagnose the faults & running the machine within sort time.
To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like RSC, H&M, Wal-Mart*, GAP along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
Any other job as assigned by the management.
