Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business Development & Sales:
∎ · Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
∎ · Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and NGOs.
∎ · Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
∎ · Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
∎ · Identify and pursue new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.

∎ Market Research & Analysis:
∎ · Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential market opportunities.
∎ · Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product/service offerings.
∎ · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm's target market and its needs.
∎
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
∎ · Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ · Gather client feedback and use it to improve product/service offerings and business processes.
∎
∎ Marketing & Communication:
∎ · Represent the firm at events, conferences, and trade shows.· Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
∎ · Manage the company's online presence through social media and other digital channels.
∎
∎ Reporting & Analysis:
∎ · Track and report on sales activities, progress towards sales targets, and key performance indicators.
∎ Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and business development activities.
