∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up to the factory's knitting & dyeing department for ensuring the bulk production of fabrics.
∎ Co-ordinate with sample department for developing samples and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎ Auditing the inward fabrics and ensure that it's quality is good & accepted. If any faulty fabrics is found then mark it and inform to the fabrics department for solving ASAP.
∎ Ensuring that no faulty fabrics is sent for cutting. If minor fault are present in the fabric, defects should be marked on the fabric and same thing must be communicated to cutting department.
∎ Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
∎ Arranging in housed wash test and shrinkage observation before cutting.
∎ Arranging Fabric's color fastness and Shrinkage report from the factory's Dyeing department and keep it's record.
∎ Responsible for measurements ensure and pattern correction.
∎ Checking the styling after first production and prepare it's report.
∎ Find out problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production and take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.
∎ Conducting In-line inspection and making report.
∎ Highlight quality report to factory management about any type of quality issue.
∎ Ensuring daily production report from factory Merchandiser and send to buying house management.
∎ Handling all kinds quality matters of cutting, sewing, finishing processes and arranging final inspection.
∎ During production If found any serious matter then inform to Senior Executive of Buying House.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years working experience as Buying QA Officer
∎ The applicant should have experience in the Knit & Woven Garment's Quality control.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standard
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.
∎ Good technical knowledge in quality control system.
∎ Good knowledge about various types of fabrics, Color Fastness, Color shade, Garments & Accessories.
∎ Good communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS office Excel, Word, Mailing & Browsing .
∎ Problem solving & Reporting skill .
