• Must be good communication skill in English (verbally and literary)

• Ability to handle multiple product categories

• Understand buyer specifications, quality standards, and measurement tolerances

• Ability to handle customer technical inquiries and necessary troubleshooting independently

• Should have thorough knowledge about garment measurement and patterns

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork

• Collecting order sheets from Merchandising department.

• To run production as per order sheet through checking.

• Checking adjustments of cutting parts and in this regard to discuss with the production team.

• To check quality parameters of production departments.

• Preserving all the records of pattern sets, shrinkage, measurements & other required    information.

• Conducting regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished    garments, including fitting, measurements, and accessories.

• Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and    quality control to maintain efficiency and quality. 

• Monitoring and managing entire sample section along with all the sewing workers and    garments technicians.

• Preparing reports, metrics, and data analysis on quality performance for management and    buyers. 

• Ensuring all the sample developments as per buyers’ instruction and within given timeline.

• Conducting and approving size set samples and print approvals, according to the buyer`s    requirements. 

• Salary Review: Yearly
