Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern, fitting, and measurements.
Clear understanding of buyer quality standards and sample approval process.
Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure all development, fit, PP, size set, and shipment samples meet buyer standards
Check samples against tech packs, measurements, workmanship, fabric, trims, print, and embroidery
Coordinate closely with factory Pattern Masters and Sample Managers to ensure correct pattern, construction, and sample execution
Ensure samples are made correctly and submitted within the required timeline
Identify quality and fitting issues and provide clear corrective comments to factories
Follow up with factories to ensure sample corrections are implemented properly
Maintain sample approval status, comments, and inspection records
Ensure consistency between approved samples and bulk production quality standards
