Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ From the beginning stage of fabric in-house to keep fabric record & make TOD list & production plan schedule with Merchandising team. Check fabric and accessories inspection as per AQL & SOP system.
∎ Check fab: shrinkage, shade segregation blanket, GSM report, s/b instruction to make pattern version as per accordingly & check pattern grading, setting also check especially stretch & super stretch denim fabric.
∎ Analysis of pp sample, sample comments, tech pack, spec & s/b direction to make correct size set. Check size set quality, workmanship, measurement, wash effect & other dry processes as per counter sample or as per buyer demand, find out any technical problem s/b discuss it with all production-related persons & take corrective action plan to develop & implement the problem by making root cause analysis to get better production & quality in bulk.
∎ Doing pattern amendment, arrange pp meeting before bulk cutting. Ensure cutting quality procedure. follow up all section QC & In charge's work & test skill's their performance as per KPI system.
∎ First output styling check, inline inspection in sewing, finishing & find out the technical problem s/b discuss with all respective persons & take corrective action to solve the problem by making root cause analysis for smooth quality & production in bulk,
∎ Having versed knowledge awareness of AQL, and IE training, for all QA/QC, making sure SOP functioning at fabric, accessorizing, cutting, sewing, finishing, GPQ/RQS, QMS work instruction, training center, QMS, & sample approval as per buyer standard, etc.
∎ Ensure all process mockups in sewing, finishing, print & embroidery at all levels of production process standards to maintain the factory development of the production & quality team.
∎ Check daily DHU & discussed with the related person daily, weekly, and monthly about the top three defects to reduce defect percentage & arrange training for operators on how to make zero-defect garments with self-trimming, and broken needle procedures also.
∎ Arrange training for all new QI about AQL, SOP & QMS, to implement the based-on Quality standards & take exams also to justify their skilled quality-based standard.
∎ Ensure finishing production quality standards as per buyer demand & follow up daily rejection in all sections & will take corrective action for rectifying by replacing part to increase CTS percentage in final inspection.
∎ Having the responsibility to ensure zero defect goods for a pilot run, TOP sample, pre-final & final inspection for smooth shipment on time.
∎ Check GPT, and GCR in pin setting time to recover an uneven foundation for product safety as per buyer requirement.
∎ Check housekeeping, broken needle procedure, sharp tools record, metal detector machine check report for children safety procedure as per buyer compliance & accord alliance system.
∎ Having Knowledge about rules and procedures of the factory quality, technical & social audit, Monitoring individual /Group KPI & do the necessary communication with internal & external counterparts,
∎ Reporting to top management on the performance of the Quality Corrective Actions, QMS improvement reports, & self-assessment /quality audit & report. Conducting periodic management review meetings & face any unsolvable problem s/b report to top management.

∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Should have knowledge and experience regarding Quality Management System (QMS)
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management.
∎ Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
∎ Work with internal Production, Merchandising teams and Suppliers to communicate and ensure Buyer's quality requirements
∎ Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspection reports
