Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Training/Trade Course: PGRM
∎ Skills Required: Accord Alliance, BSCI, Compliance, Computer Operating, CTPAT, Good communication skills, Social Compliance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Able to work under pressure, Accord Alliance, Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Compliance plan and policies; ensure full and professional implementation in all business units of the company.
∎ Ensure and monitor Performance Management system and assist all concerned to practice the appraisal process by preparing and updating necessary documents as and when required.
∎ Ensure the implementation of Compliance standard, different buyers COC (i.e. C&A, IKEA, H&M, PERRY ELLIS) /Accord and alliance (Structural/Fire/Electrical) and facilitate certification program like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT etc., keep factory full compliant in 365 days.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) based on Internal and External audits & ensure physical execution of the recommendations.
∎ Ensure necessary training to workers & staff as per yearly training calendar such as Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Buyer code of conduct, legal rights, Abuse and harassment, Company policies etc.
∎ Identify potential fire hazards and risk analysis, Conduct fire drill and evacuation drill on regular basis.
∎ Ensure Sustainability initiatives on usage of Energy, Water and Chemicals, Waste management, people and communities etc as and when required.
∎ Formulate and monitor Company's Administration, Health & Safety, Security, and other policies as appropriate and develop further.
∎ Maintain close liaison with all the relevant Govt. offices, Update all licenses, certificates, Follow up hygienic issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working knowledge on RMG, good interpersonal and negotiable skills.
∎ Able to work independently on general administrative issues.
∎ Ability to work in a team and possess commitment and integrity.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Must know the Bangla typing with Computer literacy.
∎ Good understanding and practical experience on EPZ/Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Additional certification of Compliance will added as credit points.
∎ Team building, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
