Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science or Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Communications or Telecommunication Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and document test plans for the Toffee Service, across all platforms, including Mobile, TV, Web, and Infrastructure.
∎ Share these plans with testers and developer colleagues who can execute the documented tests.
∎ Analyze post-test reports for improvements and additional testing that can be done.
∎ Compile and report on the effectiveness on the overall test plans as developed by the employee in accordance with overall management expectations and measurements.
∎ Use items such as crash analytics and other mechanisms to identify potential improvements to test plans.
∎ Incorporate improvements to existing test plans into new plans for future releases.
∎ In order to make sure that measurements are captured for the Toffee Service to provide for effective governance and improvements.
∎ -Development of Stories and Epics
∎ Participate in the development and clarification of stories and epics for use in the development lifecycle of the Toffee Service
∎ To make sure that the stories and epics being developed are reflective of QA needs and are sufficiently understandable to have test cases developed against.
∎ Work with Developers and QA team members to plan and develop test cases that can take advantage of QA automation to enhance the test coverage for the Toffee Service in order to provide for more robust and repeatable test coverage for the Toffee Service.

∎ 3- 5 years of relevant experience
∎ To perform the tests and report issues
∎ Diligent and detail minded
∎ Excellent written communication skills
∎ Preferred Industry/Company
∎ OTT / MFS / Media / Software / E-Commerce / Telecommunication
∎ What is expected of this position (deliverables within next 1 year)
∎ Define standardized testing documents for use in test case writing
∎ Build up a library of test cases that can be reused for future efforts as new features roll out
∎ Build metrics and measurements for the success of test cases based on QA industry standards
∎ Train and provide guidance to technical teams where necessary to help expand the knowledge and experience of QA in the Toffee Service
