• The incumbent must be educated on diploma in business studies/ diploma in management/ equivalent.

• The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.

• Self-motivated and responsible.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

• Should be a proactive and result oriented.

• Computer Literacy is a must specially in office package.

• Highly experienced person will be given preference.

• Responsible for the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.

• Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.

• Managed factory technical audit up to the relevant customer standard 6 factors.

• Measure in variation of process capability.

• Analysis the process and Job connectivity link by external/ internal customer.

• Data Capturing and root Cause analysis.

• Conduct the PP Meeting & given authority for production.

• Training & development of factory quality team to obtain international standard.
