Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the maintenance of minimum technical requirements of primary buyers (H&M, C&A) at the production floors (Woven tops and bottoms)
∎ Develop and conduct total training program in line with QMS
∎ Manage all thirty party & second party technical audit as well as working on every NC
∎ Develop and conduct total training program in line with QMS
∎ To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.
∎ Lead quality control and management system in cutting, sewing, and finishing
∎ Train up all quality inspectors, quality staff about basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policy
∎ Develop quality SOP, quality Manual for good quality management.
∎ All types of Quality Metrics KPI & QPI reporting.
∎ Total Quality Management, Implementation and Continual Improvement
∎ Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit. (especially H&M, C&A)
∎ Doing internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement.
∎ Manage & monitor trims & accessories inspection department & evaluated supplier performance to reduce defects from the supplier end.
∎ Keep all quality documentation & SOP of quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years working experience in Woven garments QMS, with clear understanding of H&M, C&A minimum quality requirements.
Salary: Negotiable
