Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Masters degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all processes in the organization
∎ Ensure all procedures are controlled as to their validity, accuracy and adequacy to ensure current versions are made available to all user points.
∎ Ensure procedure changes are approved for adequacy by relevant authority and changes and revision status are identified in all documents.
∎ Ensure all formats / checklists / tags / registers / work instructions are controlled as to their issue and use.
∎ Carryout regular internal audits to ensure SOP's are carried out by the departments as planned.
∎ Report nonconformities to management and initiate corrective actions to improve the quality system.
∎ Carryout Health & Safety, product safety and Buyer Technical audits.
∎ Assist Management Representative in coordinating with external auditors on planned audits and compliance.
∎ Carryout regular data accuracy audits to ensure performance data is without error and reflect the actual performance levels.
∎ Communicate the effectiveness of the Process Management System throughout the organization.
∎ Assist the Manager QMS in day to day activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
