Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and maintain QMS policies, procedures, and SOPs specific to the sweater production process.
Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and buyer-specific quality standards.
Coordinate internal audits, document findings, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve them.
Review production processes (knitting, linking, trimming, washing, and packing) to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain and update quality documentation, manuals, records, and certifications.
