Strong knowledge of CAD, pattern software, and garment construction.

Job Context:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our management team as Head of Technical (Garments). The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in garment manufacturing, technical design, pattern making, product development, and ensuring the best quality and production efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the technical team to ensure proper fit, pattern, grading, and sample development.
Oversee product development from concept to bulk production while maintaining buyer requirements and specifications.
Ensure compliance with quality, technical, and safety standards across all production stages.
Provide technical solutions to production and merchandising teams to achieve cost-effective production.
Maintain strong liaison with buyers on technical and quality issues.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
Lead technical training programs to enhance the skills of the technical workforce.
Monitor and solve any production-related technical challenges.
