Experience:

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Textile Technology
• Bachelor of Science (Pass)

• ISO 9001 on QMS, The Total Quality Management (TQM)

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Candidate only from Buying House & Retail Company Experience:

• Be the link between the Suppliers, Factories & Quality Team

• Close Contact with QC Team, Merchandising Team & Suppliers

• Monitor the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery

• Ensure all quality parameters during new sample development

• Monitor and evaluation daily QC activities & reports

• Monitor PP Meeting, size-set follow-up, line plan, inline inspection by maintaining organization standard

• Train the team member and suppliers

• Follow-up output plan and TNA

• Monitor risk assessment, quality gap and drive by using process mapping and other applicable tools.

• Check production plan, execution, ensure all delivery challan, testing report of all product to confirm quality conformance as well as any unauthorized activities

• Observe & escalate evidence of breaches of customer product safety and quality manual (customer manual, GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, EU regulation law, AQL standard, Children product safety standard etc.)

• Support junior colleagues, also train them to make an efficient team member of Organization.
